Bridge-Building Fellowship for Campus Leaders: Making Montclair a Bridge-Building Community In-Person
Making Montclair a Bridge Building Community: An Introduction to the Bridging the Gap Curriculum is designed to spark and sustain a culture of understanding, empathy, and collaboration across Montclair State University. This initiative introduces the Bridging the Gap Curriculum as a framework for helping students, faculty, and staff engage in courageous dialogue, strengthen relationships across differences, and practice the skills needed to navigate complex social and cultural issues. By fostering mutual respect and shared responsibility, this program aims to equip our campus community to actively build bridges—creating a more connected, inclusive, and resilient Montclair.
